The days are getting longer in the northern hemisphere and we can once again begin to feel the strength and power of the sun. This time of the year naturally pulls us towards cleansing and decluttering our spaces, internally and externally. Small shifts can have big impact on our attitudes and moods. As we move through this transitionary period, I invite you to consider taking time to reflect on how you are currently doing, physically, mentally and emotionally, and how you can choose to make big or small shifts to create greater alignment in your life. Small steps, in a consistent manner can create big changes. How do you envision your next few weeks, months, years?

  • Restorative yoga: Sun, 7:30pm (60mins)

Join LB and Emily on a full-day yoga and mindfulness retreat on Saturday, April 8th in Petty Harbour, NL. Let’s spend the day nourishing our relationship with our own bodies, hearts, and minds.

Fluid Core: SPRING FLING

Robyn (Fluid Core) + Laura-Beth (LB Yoga) = a very fun class

SPRING FLING is a coming together. A movement class with two guides, working together to share complimentary practices. Pilates meets Yoga, Dance meets Dance. This class will take us on a ride. Starting with deep work to warm and prepare the muscles for a climactic mid-point, Robyn will use elements of Fluid Core to guide us upward and into a cardio dance party. We'll maintain this energy when Laura-Beth takes over, sharing creative Yoga sequencing before winding down with restoring and meditative shapes.

Yoga on the Dock + Topsail Beach + NEW Bannerman Park Classes

I'm building the summer schedule with a bunch of new teachers, class styles and locations! You'll have more opportunity to practice outdoors this summer. Early bird passes will be released May 1. Soft schedule will launch mid May and full summer programming will begin June 15th.

Looking forward to moving with mindfulness this summer!
