Fluid Core

Robyn Breen’s signature class, Fluid Core, is inspired by balance, and the desire to cultivate both stability and mobility in the physical body. We work with strength, muscular tension, and reflex activation to instil stability, and support. We work with motion, lubrication and opening to instil mobility and possibility. The two aspects fuel each other, giving space for more of each.

This class will incorporate flow, meaning we move through complex sequencing guided by music and/or cardio, meaning we pick up the pace by adding some choose-your-own-intensity cardio moments!

Beyond beginner. Participants should feel comfortable with higher heart rates and some light jumping (modifications offered).
