Good Morning Flow

Yoga is a practice rooted in mindfulness and movement & can be transformative at any time of day. However, practicing yoga in the early morning offers unique benefits tailored to your body’s own natural rhythms. For example: A Morning Yoga practice can Encourage Consistency! Often forming a habit more easily than an evening session. The quietness of early mornings provides a serene environment conducive to mindfulness and focus, starting your day with yoga ensures fewer distractions, making it easier to stick to a routine.


This class is designed to get your body moving so that you leave feeling awake, grounded & inspired for the day ahead!

Where: Boathouse Wellness

When: 6:30am Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

Investment: $192.00 for 12 classes

*minimum of 5 pre-registered participants will be required in order for this session to go ahead in-studio.
