A gentle yet energizing flow to unwind from your day and reset your body and mind. Expect mindful movement, grounding breath, and a calming close to carry you into the evening with ease.

Wednesdays, 5:30pm at Boathouse Wellness (Begins April 22nd)

*minimum of 5 pre-registered participants will be required in order for this session to go ahead in-studio
