The Yoga Practice:

These short and sweet 20 min practices will give your body a quick tune up and your mind an opportunity to reset. Each class will target a specific area of the body. With a focus on relieving tight shoulders, hips and hamstrings, building core strength and alleviating back pain, the practice is the perfect antidote to your weekly grind. Bring balance back to your body while calming and refocusing the mind in these accessible sessions.

The Mindfulness Practice:

These accessible 20-minute meditation practices will allow you to take a pause and savour the good! In each session we will be using mindfulness to strengthen positive mindsets and cultivate an open heart. With a focus on joy, compassion, gratitude, and peace, the practice is the perfect tool for helping you find ease in your busy life. Reorient towards the pleasantness that is already here in these bit-sized sessions.
