Throughout the month we will be emailing you 14 25-minute recordings Monday - Thursday and 3 short Friday "Food for Thought" reflection. We encourage you to carve out time in your day to pause and connect to your practice.

In these accessible 25-minute yoga and mindfulness sessions we will be cultivating a playful awareness of body, mind, and heart. By nurturing an attitude of curiosity towards ourselves and our experience, the series is a potpourri of well rounded practices for all levels. If you're a complete beginner we recommend starting with our Back to the Basics series first. Simplify and rediscover the magic that is already within with these bit-sized sessions.
