The Practice:

In these accessible 25-minute yoga and mindfulness sessions we will be slowing down and taking a closer look at the foundational practices cultivating a playful awareness of body, mind, and heart. By nurturing an attitude of curiosity towards ourselves and our experience, each session is a deep-dive into the basics with clear and concise instruction so that we can build our practice from the ground up.
