A morning yoga practice to open the body, mind and heart! This class is a blend of standing, seated and lying down postures that either strengthen your body or increase flexibility. Creating freedom in the hips, shoulders and spine we’ll move together in an empowering flow to connect to your center and finish with sweet release as we settle into Savasana.
