Grounding breathwork meditation to begin
Nourishing gentle yoga session with some restorative stretching to loosen up those tense muscles
Closing with a Nervous System Reset Yoga Nidra/Relaxation with all the cozy supports like blankets & bolsters
Leave this experience feeling light, relaxed, & ready to take on the week. While also gaining simple tips & tricks that are sustainable outside of the class that you can use daily to help regulate your body & nervous system.
This series is meant to be repeated! So if you were in the first round, you will def benefit from doing it again. Also, the first round was not a prerequisite for this one. Anyone can come & take this series. *Beginner Friendly

"I signed up for Lea’s Nervous System Reset class because I’ve struggled with anxiety and regulating my nervous system for a long time. I’ve tried so many of the typical “quick fix” techniques from therapy, but in the moment they often feel too mundane or ineffective for me to actually use.
After just the first class in the four-part series, I was honestly blown away. I felt completely calm, clear headed, and grounded in a way I hadn’t experienced before. The most surprising part? I actually fell asleep during the 20 minute wind down at the end. Falling asleep is something I usually struggle with, even at night and especially in public settings like planes. It just doesn’t come easily to me. But during this class, I fully drifted off and woke up gently to Lea’s voice at the end, realizing I had been completely at ease the entire time. I was so amazed that I told my therapist all about it the following week.
